Timings
All courses start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00 unless advertised differently.

Cancellations and transfers
Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least four weeks before the start of the course. Later transfers/substitutions may be accepted anytime.  A fee of £25 will be made per transfer/substitution.

Joining Instructions
Upon receipt of your confirmation, Joining instructions will be sent to you.

Payment Terms
All course fees include refreshments, a light lunch and any course materials.
All fees are to be paid 14 days in advance of any course.
You will be issued with an invoice on receipt of your booking.
You can pay by BACS, or company cheque – BACS details are on the invoice.

Attendance Certificates and Delegates Reports
Attendance certificates will be provided to all delegates on completion of the course. Delegate reports can be provided but any such request must be made in writing two weeks prior to commencement of the course date.  Delegate reports are £25.00 per delegate.

Course Changes
masterclassuk reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer.

The location and date of the course will be as advised to the customer at the time of booking. masterclassuk reserves the right to change the location of the course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known.

masterclassuk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. masterclassuk will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature.

Warranty and Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.

masterclassuk's liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. masterclassuk will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.

masterclassuk will be responsible for death and injury resulting from masterclassuk's negligence when carrying out courses

Certification
Please contact us if you want certification as we do not issue certificates unless either advertised or requested.  In house company course certificates are issued only upon request (14 days min) please ensure when providing company logos that you have permission and that they are sent in a suitable format .gif, .jpeg, or .png Certificate fees are £5.00 per certificate.

Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of masterclassuk or, in the case of a course developed by a partner of masterclassuk, the partner's organisation. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses.
